Man-made Slate
Man-made slate is light-weight, strong and durable and is made from fibre cement. The range of man-made slate closely resembles the appearance of natural slate.
Natural Slate
Natural slate comes in many different sizes and colours. It must be a minimum of 6mm thick which can be fixed by using nails or slating clips. A natural slate roof should last a minimum of 75 to 100 years when correctly fitted.
